Color profiles, Mac and monitors: me rend fou!

Effectivement je parle du choix pour le calibrage de l'écran car tout est lié.
Sur dt je choisi le profil AdobeRGB.

Mais évidemment sur un écran calibré en sRGB cela n'aurait aucun de sens de choisir AdobeRGB !

Ok, I did it!! Excellent test. 
I start seeing things a bit more clearly now. 

While working on dt with RGB profile I see the face, then I switch profile to sRGB (always within dt), and I don't see the face anymore. 
Also, when exporting as jpg sRGB, I don´t see the face again. 
So, fine I guess. 

I guess that if one doesn't have an RGB monitor will never see the face, no matter what, correct? 

Conclusion: dt DOES makes a difference between profiles. RGB will be mine indeed.

@Jurande I am really interested in your workflow. I did not find many people using darktable on OSX, actually almost none in this other forum. And we really share the very same settings and equipment, incredible. Happy to hear that. 
Can I return to you if I have more doubts? Your "red" test was really interesting.
